The diff I rebuilt is one from a breakers yard that wasnt looking so pretty, I pulled it apart and got busy with the clean up. Lucky all the gears were in good shape. After it was clean I replaced all the rubber seals, checked the bearings and reasembled it. (after de rusting and repainting the outside) |
Aren't the procedures for setting lash quite critical........requiring some specialized knowledge and tools?
I've got a decent 3.07 with pinion whine that is now off the SD........the question is what to do with it??
