I went to see the dealership today... regarding the vibrations in torque lockup.. they have checked everything they can... fluid topped up - adaptation reset, the lot.

Still vibrating.... and if this forum is anything to go by - the TCM is next...

So I then called an independant expert, and asked him if he had a TCM... he said no... and then he said they need coding the car chassis number and you can only do it once per TCM!... so does that rule out REcoding a used one?

The guy was a bit of an idiot to be honest, and he was adament the gearbox torque converter was shot... which just doesnt add up really...

I can't beleive its come to this... the choice of gambling £500 on a fix that might not do anything... and no-one understanding or hearing of the problem before.... what a nightmare.

I really wanted to *like* this car, if you know what I mean... I've forgiven it for a lot of other stuff thats gone wrong... bu this takes the biscuit.
