are you sure ??
are you sure it is not juset the flex tubing or the return lines leaking?/
if the leak is right on top of the injectors then i would suspect the o-ring seals and copper o-rings are shot and need to be replaced..
i remember a link here as to the torque settings and repair-replacement instructions..
i did not do mine but bought my mechanic the spline socket and he did it..
not too expensive but it has toi be done in the cleanest of engine compartments ...
i own 4 diesels my 90 and my 92 have hadt the seals replaced and return lines that resulted in no more leaks..
my 94 s-350 i just had return lines done...
my 98 300 td shows no signs as of yet.

i did however shortly after doing my 92's o-rings and gaskets have to have a timing chain and rails and tensioner replaced about 2 weeks later... chain strecthed so bad the engine wouldnt idle and performance was bad..
best 800 bux i spent .. dual sprocketed stainless steel chain, and Ip pump timing and the car was like new.. 118 k i think the chain was replaced..
she now has 230 k and I just ran my first can o lubro molly diesel Purge thru the system staraight into the injectorers and cigar recirc hose and man shes just like new again..
