I've just bought a 1980 W116 350SE that I'm picking up next week, with a leaky sunroof. I think the drains are blocked but my question is do you need a special tool for manually opening the sunroof on this chassis? I know on my 124 you just need a box spanner to engage the manual opening mechanism in the boot and I was wondering if it was the same with these?
