I have attached a pic looking up into the door latch area of a 1979 300SD that has excessive play when you pull on the drivers exterior front door handle to open it. It looks like there is a bushing that goes where the arrow is pointing that is worn out on this car. Can anyone provide help in regards to replacing this bushing and/or a part number? Does anyone have a copy of the procedure for making this repair?
