Electrical

There seems to be no question that its an electrical problem. Have you plugged in an OBD II scanner yet? You can find an obd 2 from some chain parts store and they let you use it for free. Around my area Autozone lets customers use them on the spot. This may give you a clue to whats happening.

Oooops... I think OBD's started in 96. Not sure.
