Yes, the most frequent issue to look for is a cracked strip fuse in the glow plug relay. Follow the wires to the black box on the driver's side of the engine bay. The fuse is inside and looks like a piece of metal held down with 2 philips head screws. It can be cracked and look fine, so remove it completely to check. Be careful, because one of those terminals is hot all the time.
