I think you can still drive it for awhile with that type of coolant leak. I don't think coolant will mix with the oil or anything like that. Well at least on my moms 3.1L it didn't.
Just bought two gallons of MB coolant for $16 each, not bad really. Off to get some official MB citrus flush next.
Cheaper then an oil change!
