I have the parts to put it all back together I have just been too busy sailing....

Evaporator If old and rusting, unless you like dash removals.-Its in fine shape, cleaned and reassembled
All vacuum elements pods.-they all work, leaving well enough alone.
The temp sensor tube at the top of the dash.-already replaced
A new evaporator drain tube at the bottom of the evaporator box. I used a hard rubber garbage disposal drain tube.-already replaced.
All new light bulbs in the center console, dash and instrument cluster.-already replaced.
Test your temp sensor in the top center of the dash.-How do you do this?
Test your evaporator temp sensor.-How do you do this?
Expansion valve.-already replaced
Shifter bushings in the shifter assembly.-already replaced
Rebuild the instrument cluster if you want.-ditto
Check all rubber 2 and 3 connectors for the vacuum tubes.-ditto
Check all hard plastic tubes for cracks.-ditto
Check for oil in the ignition shutoff switch.-ditto
Check blower motor brushes.-ditto
