Autozoo, O'Really's, Pep Girls, etc.. usually carry them. You just have to tell them to look under brake componenets or they will look at you with a blank stare.
I usually buy a whole bag of them. If I recall, someone said that you could heat them with a propane torch and this will cause them to swell enough for resealing. Haven't tried this myself.
