Exhausts will almost surely as long as it's the same chassis. If it isn't, there might be a different design. PaulC swapped a 5.0 M117 into his 3.5 coupe and I think he used his 3.5's exhaust manis. The intakes are NOT swappable - the m116's are smaller (less block height means a shorter distance between the heads). I put 3.5 heads on my 4.5, didnt change a thing (other than performance)
