What is this emissons stuff you all speak about.
I have lived in practically the only two states that have no emissions laws. Montana and Wyoming....... just thought I would rub it in..... If anyone needs a "permanent" address..... you know where to go.... However you may get shot going through NY traffic with a WY plate.
