I vote for dealer on crush rings.

You will need dealer now and again for parts, and face time with their parts dept. does help in establishing a relationship.

Maybe I am spoiled in Atlanta, but I have found the dealers not unpleasant to work with - I buy my suspension parts, crush rings, and trim pieces there. A fair amount of stuff is simply not available on-line, along with the occasional alignment.
