I would like to fix the following problems!

-Fuse # 10 keeps blowing its driving me crazy...how can i find the culprid ?
-How do i 'shorten' the AC compressor so i can see if its wokring ?
-My blower does not work, i tried a diffrent one and no luck, i hear a leak under the dask, can that be the culprid or it has nothing to do with the blower ?
