Ooops, I just saw the pics again.
The mastis up, it just won't go down, right?
Listen to the antenna motor, is the motor engaging?
The mast may need a little, gentle coaxing going down, plus lubing of the mast.
If the motor is engaging but the mast does not go down (even after coaxing and lubing) you will probably need to replace the mast. As Justin mentioned, it is cheap and easy to do.
