Take some of the crab meat and add some gorgonzola cheese and heavy whipping cream, blend together in a saucepan then add spinach (cooked down separately in olive oil) and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour over cheese tortellini with sea scallops or shrimp, and top with some pine nuts.

Goes great with light beer.
