Tailshaft coupling = Flex disc/coupling

there is one at each end of the shaft. Looks like a rubber donut with 6 holes.

The transmission end is prone to breakdown after a few years and should be replaced when it shows sign of deterioration.

The differential end typically lasts longer.

The part is around $75, labor of about 1 - 2 hr. depending on which end.
