Remove the screw at the door lock corner of the door, pop the plastic covering around the handle-exposing a bolt-unscrew it, unscrew the door lock pin, pop out the light from underneath the ashtray in the door panel. From here, lift the entire panel up and out, might be hard but, just wiggle it side to side.
