I'm sorry but you don't understand the laws of electricity

I tried to explain Ohms law but you didn't read it well, or comprehend that even with wet hands the resistance of the human skin can't conduct amperes of current at 12 Volts.
IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. CAPICHE?
