I assume, although always dangerous to do that you are reffering to the steering coupler. Also have seen it mentioned that the actual bushings or bearings can wear in the tube that the steering shaft travels through somewhwere on these models. Have a look in the archives but suspect it was posted as a help link by someone tied to their website. Just cannot remember.
