Know what you mean - put myself through grad school working ER as a CP tech. in a big hospital. But isn't it a rush when you can help snatch them back again? Only 2 bigger adreneline rushes are:
1) sitting on my MTB and looking at a seriously sick descent, wondering if I can do it and stay upright, then thinking 'one way to find out' and pushing off into air!
2) having 4 good looking women run to the side of my bed. Unfortunately, they were all wearing scrubs, and were looking at my CICU monitor instead of me.
