hmmmm maybe I need to just get a new one every 3 months.. thats about how long this one has lasted....

I don't think it is supposed to last this short amount of time.

The one that came with the car lasted longer than that, and it was already all the way cut through...

I will look for some thin aluminum and or some kind of wrapping to protect it when I get a new one.

I am thinking aluminum wrap painted will work decently and hopefully longer than 3 months..
