Thanks Carson, interesting link, not sure how I missed that one. Nevertheless, any thoughts or instructions of how to replace the A/C control elements. My indy noted that these may be the problem, but I was not interested in removing the dash. Of course if there are any instructions I am willing to do so. I have searched several web sites for this original post and Shandy really answered what I was looking for - those hoses are really tight and will not pull off.

Again if you know any thing about the a/c vent diaphrapms let me know.
