I just bought an w116 SD intake, and since I have observed some significant oil leakage around the turbo drain grommet I'm going to pull the turbo and replace everything, including the oil separator check valve, oil separator o-rings, intake, intake gasket, turbo gasket, and all associated gaskets for the mounting of the turbocharger. Is there anything else I should do while I'm at it? I'm also looking for intake torque value, and the torque values for other gasketed locations that are important. And do you think that a thin application of aviation Permatex would be a good thing to augment the gaskets with.
Looking forward to an EGR-less system that doesn't leak so much oil from the turbo. Thanks
