Thumbs up Inline vacuum pump filter source

I wanted to share a quick tip with those of you whose underhood vacuum plumbing has, like mine, reached the consistency of dried pasta.

In my last foray under the hood I managed to break the small plastic green/yellow inline filter just before the vacuum pump. Local parts stores turned up nil, but the local hobby shop had an inline fuel filter intended for glow-fuel RC engines that works great. It has a 120 mesh final filter (which appears to be just about what the OEM item is), will fit 5/32" line (appx 4mm), is teflon/aluminum bodied, and is cheap -- $5. There are also anodized aluminum bodied filters available but I didn't see any of the proper size.
