You got a long wheel base six in 93? No such thing in the U.S. until 95. Low miles, if it's a sound car i don't see how you could go wrong, especially with some DIYing. You might try a search on transmission sticking in gear. I would say you are correct - if it's like the U.S. it didn't get the HFM wiring harness issue until 94.
