You'd be better off buying a rust bucket and salvaging the motor. Then dump the rest of the car. Or buy a used 240 with a running engine, get a compression check before you buy it, salvage the engine and then part out the rest of the car.

Unless your car is a garage queen, I wouldn't spend $2,500 on it with an Adsitco engine.
