Those aren't spark plugs... a diesel engine doesn't have any... those are your fuel injectors.
The braided lines are fuel-return lines that return excess fuel from the injectors back to the fuel tank.
You can order it from this website as well. It comes in various lengths, and you can cut to fit from one injector to the next. See here:
