Hi everyone, I have coming to me a set of illuminating (when door is ajar) sills and lighted trunk lid trim. It's time to start gathering information about wiring them up. My first question would be: can I just borrow power from (or share power with) the cabin light and hook up the door sills that way?

As for the lighted trunk lid trim, can I borrow (or share) power from the licence plate lights?
