Yes, it made a lot of sparks and about three seconds later It was disconnected. No blown fuses. I just got REALLY lucky! Only about 6 inches of wire got fried. I cut open the wiring harness,separated the two melted,red wires and used a bit of electrical tape.
Everything works! Clock,lights etc..If it had cooked just a bit longer probably would have had a fire.Thanks
