about the shop manuals....
If you make frequent use of the shop manuals, then you might consider downloading a copy for your self. The pdfs tend to load faster and you're not at the mercy of some remote server. I did this from mb.braingears.com -- just for my model. I used wget which is a unix/linux app. I don't know right away how you would do it from a windows machine but I am sure there is a utility availble for free somewhere that will download everything in some target directory. Most college/grad students, though, have unix accounts and so these individuals can use wget.
