Alternator - W140 - is it "easy"

Before I order the alternator - is it "easy"

Steps
1 - Disconnect battery
2 - Release belt (picture 1 - belt) - is it released by turning the "bolt"?
3 - Remove the alternator - do I just remove the bolts?

If that's all, I may be able to do this myself.

Alternator 143amp - Remanufactured Bosch IN STOCK $627.00 $283.01

Please assess the difficulty - I have many years experience, but I'm also getting more careless.
