Be sure to test the auxiliary fan (M4) as it will can kill your system if it is inoperational. Short version, to test, hold both AUTO buttons for more than ten seconds (takes about twelve on my car). The fans in front of the radiator should start. Holding both AUTO buttons for more than ten seconds turns them off.
