I will probably have to deal with this same issue when my new compressor arrives on Monday. I recall that others have reported similar issues with the new type sealing rings. My original compressor had simple o-rings. (It was still working after 24 years, but is being retired as a preventative measure.)
So, which color sealing ring goes where?
