The euro 110 has no electronic ignition for the carburettor version, only for the injection version.
Dwell should be between 39 and 42. This is very sensitive, 38,5 will give very bad idle.
Advance with everything connected should be 36-40 at 4500rpm and -4 to -6 at idle.
This means that timing is delayed and not advanced at idle.
On the carburettor you can find three vacuum lines, the one towards the centre of the engine should be attached to the idle delay, the top one on the other side to the advance and the bottom one to the carburettor and fuel valve.
