I have had really good results with the ceramics on a variety of vehicles. All of my cars are 9-12 months into a "test round" with ceramic pads right now.

They have been quieter, less dusty, and resulted in more even rotor wear than any other pad type I have tried so far.

I also like the "early grip" feel of them compared to carbon fibre type performance pads (which require greater pedal effort, particularly when cold). While the carbon fibre type may ultimately provide more fade resistance, braking to that extent is rarely performed on the street.

Coming down Mt Washington 2 weeks ago, the ceramics held up just fine.
