1994 C280 w/ 204k miles. Seems to be related to temperature.

I get in the car on an 88 degree day after it's been out in the heat for several hours and the blinkers will not work.

On a hunch, I tried the intermittent wiper and hazard and all seem to be affected at the same time.

Is this a relay or some short / bad connection in a wire in the dash??
