Luxury limousine? With crank windows and no AC it's a limo in the same vein as a Checker Marathon.

You see them for sale in the US from time to time. Most are 300Ds but there are a few 240Ds and one or two 250s gassers (M123).

I think it's the last MB factory stretch. The W124s were stretched by Binz and other shops.
