Note that there may be related activities to make sure you have a complete and safe refurbishment: greasing of caliper pins, replacement of any rubber seals and/or boots that need it, wear sensors if your car has them.

I would agree that two hours once all tools and supplies are on hand and ready to go should be sufficient time.
