Welcome to the forum. All the questions you have, have been discussed to death. At the top of your screen is a search function. Log in and insert "oil cooler hose" and various variations to that. You will find numerous posts on the oil cooler line replacement. Removing the left engine mount IS the easiest way to do the job. Lifting the engine is not neccessary, just support it. I know its a lot but you want to do it right. Loosing these lines means loosing all oil, not a good thing.
Do searches on all your questions. If your particular question is not answered then of course post your question.
Here is a good post on "TROUBLESHOOTING, Get the Most from your Post!"
