All that is true. However, as in your statement I quoted above when you said the grass is different, you must also realize it tastes different. So, with that in mind, I only ask one simple question: "Is this the best tasting grass you can get?". If so, stay here. If not, move to where the grass tastes best to YOU. Also bear in mind that what tastes good to YOU might suck to ME. All that stepping back and forth is really meaningless, IMO. I moved here because I felt it was the best life I could lead. I moved away from where I was born because it sucked for ME. Now, my dad loves that place. It is the best place (best tasting grass) to him. He stayed, I left.
This makes me think of the employee that criticizes the company he works for. To which I have said, "If you are that good, go somewhere else where you think it is better. If you can, more power to you. If not, STFU and be glad you have a job here.". I guess I am not knocking you in particular just curious why people gripe about how much better it is there and still here. If you are that good and can show me that you can take your talents elsewhere and make a roaring success of yourself, I'll personally send you my congrats. My ex gf said she could do better than me. Well, she didn't and ended up the victim of an "accident" because she associated with the wrong people. If that was better for her, I suppose.
I'm a little confused and maybe someone could help me out. If those people think US is full of *******s, why are they even here?
Why would you say there is better tasting grass over there and still be standing here grumbling about the sour grass?
