Yes, it would.
Problem is, rear springs are designed to match the hydro struts and will not be adequate with normal shocks.
In addition, your powersteering pump is combined with the pump for the hydroshocks so you'll have to figure out how to disable a portion of that system or just find a pump from a sedan.
Please note that these struts are only replaced when leaking and it is NOT normal to replace both when just one leaks.
