I can't prove that it influenced the grand jury, but I'd bet money on it.
Either way, she is a piece of $hit, and the grand jury that chose not to indict her failed miserably in their duty.
On a related note: In the upcoming elections in our district, there is a black female candidate running against her who supports the FairTax proposal. I hold little hope of her actually winning (mostly because the ideas she has actually make sense)... but she'll get my vote anyway.
