She does it all the time, but I doubt that any of that was presented to the grand jury. Grand juries are one-sided deals. As far as I know, they only hear from the prosecutor.

As the article pointed out, even the Black Congressional Caucus refused to support her this time, because even THEY can see this one for what it is: Bull$h!t.
True.

You know damned well that if a "Joe Citizen" like you or me tried to pull that $h!t, we'd be in jail right now.
The problem with your analysis is that we don't know what evidence was presented to the grand jury. We know what the newspapers and talk shows said before the fact, but we don't know the specific testimony presented to the grand jury. Maybe the people who said incriminating things about McKinney were exaggerating in their statements to the press. Then, when they were put under oath and subject to being prosecuted for perjury, they told a different story.

It's all speculation.

For all the problems with our justice system, it gets things right more often than not. That's why we should respect the grand jury's decision. It's not as if we need an indictment to know what McKinney is. She proves it herself with her own preposterous statements. She must be bringing home the bacon down there in Atlanta because the voters keep electing her.

Yet she gets a pass, because everyone is so damned afraid of the political-correctness repercussions of accusing a volatile, black, female politician of wrongdoing.
That's why I say you are playing the race card. You don't know what evidence was presented to the grand jury, so you assume the decision was based on race. That's playing the race card.
