If you look in here;
http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb0.asp?TP=1 ,you will find your car and the diagram of the braking system will let you see what you are dealing with. The rotors are separate from the hub as you can see although you may need to hammer a bit to free them because of corrosion. Make sure you remove the screws holding the rotor to the hub before proceeding.
I know where you are coming from as some French cars do use a one piece hub /rotor unit which is also the outer bearing race.
