That car is the end of the W202 chassis production run...very good car..
Make sure that the inside of the engine isn't "sludged-up"! Frequent oil changes!

A pre-purchase inspection is the best bet.

Only recall that needs to be checked is the front crankshaft balancer..

Make sure to change the trans fluid...MB says lifetime fill..but the reality of it's lifetime is only 50K-60K miles.
