i have a 1994 e320 and i recently installed a new steering linkage and damper. However when I installed the steering linkage, It was still very loose and could be easily moved back and forth. Could the new steering linkage have been a defective part, or is that the way its supposed to move. I remember when i changed the tie rods, they dont move as easily as this linkage. Please any information on this is appreciated. Thanks in advance
