What exactly is p/n 001 140 80 60 and what does it do. I emailed Phil and the only description he had said "valve" It looks like some kind of vacuum control type of solenoid valve because it has vacuum lines in/out of it with some wires. On occasion I hear it "clicking" - turning on/off, especially when cold. Car runs fine with not codes/problems.
