OK. How do you propose that be done? check off a list of causes and items you care about? Well, women might say they don't want to spend a penny on testicular cancer because they don't have testicles but want to spend it on breast cancer. I don't want to pay for welfare so can I not pay for that one? I don't have kids so how about a refund since a lot of my taxes go to fund the schools?
