Not true, unless my owner's manual is lying!
I can't quote it right now, but I can later. It's in my owner's manual for my MY 1995 C280; it tells what it does, and where the indicator light in the dash would be, etc.

If I recall correctly, in 1995 for the US W202, if you got the winter package on the C220, you would get 4-Wheel ETC, and if you got the winter pkg on the C280, you would get ADS.

Oh wait a minute... now that gets me thinking, are we talking about ASD or ADS!?
